Challenges :

As part of the implementation of the Tanger Med Industrial Platform, aimed at boosting Morocco’s global industry, the Tanger Med group has decided to develop the Melloussa I industrial zone, primarily dedicated to automotive suppliers and their subcontractors. This zone covers an area of 220 hectares and is designed to meet the needs and requirements of both Moroccan and foreign industries.

  • Financial and quantitative estimation of the project
  • Preparation of tender documents and assistance with contracts
  • General oversight and monitoring of the works
