Challenges :

To support the economic development and expansion of the port of Kribi, the PAK has planned the development of several industrial and logistics zones. For this purpose, PAK required a master plan for the layout of the port terminals and multiple industrial and logistics zones covering a total area of 4 000 hectares.

Solution :

Development of a master plan for the establishment of several industrial and logistics zones over a total area of 4,000 hectares, distributed as follows:

  • Multi-purpose industrial zone: 760 ha
  • Special activity zone – agricultural industry: 80 ha
  • Special activity zone – construction industry: 70 ha
  • Special activity zone – hydrocarbons activities: 250 ha
  • Logistics zone: 260 ha for various activities
  • 80 ha for intermediate logistics (Transit)
