Challenges :

TMPA has initiated technical studies for the car carrier terminal at Tanger Med port, which can handle 1 million new vehicles per year (transshipment, import, export). The terminal is subdivided into two vehicle terminals: the Renault Vehicle Terminal (TVR), covering an area of 13 hectares, and the Common User Vehicle Terminal, covering an area of 7 hectares. The car carrier terminal allows for the processing of export trains from the Renault Melloussa plant and the STELLANTIS plant in Kénitra.
