Challenges :

The management of strategic port assets represents a major challenge for TMPA, given the harsh environment and intensive operations to which it is exposed.

Port infrastructures face severe conditions and a constant demand for adaptation to meet economic changes and other requirements.

This reality creates significant management constraints, which can be overcome by adopting best practices in Asset Management, such as standardization and digitization.

Solution :

Implementation of an integrated (CMMS-GIS) solution equipped with the following modules:

Asset Management: Mapping of the assets of the Tanger Med Port Complex based on a 2D GIS and 3D BIM, allowing for spatial analysis and query execution (join, intersection, buffer, etc.) and consultation of the reconciliation data for each modeled element.
Corrective Maintenance Management: Tracking the lifecycle of anomalies from reporting to closure.
Preventive Maintenance Management: Automatically generating the preventive schedule and monitoring its progress.
Dashboard and Performance Monitoring: Synthesizing and visualizing all indicators in a customizable dashboard to facilitate visual interpretation.
Stock Management: Enabling stakeholders to manage spare parts effectively.
