This training is open to any personnel in the port community or organizations involved in the development, management, and operation of economic, industrial, and logistics zones

No specific prerequisites

MODULE 1 : ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Principles of quality management;
• Risk approach;
• The context of the organization;
• Planning of the QMS;
• Performance evaluation;
• Improvement.

MODULE 2 : INTEGRATED QSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Quality;
• Safety;
• Environment;
• Management tools available to organizations.

MODULE 3 : MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTE

• Prioritize waste management levels based on waste families;
• Identify main recovery and disposal channels;
• Clarify roles and responsibilities of waste management actors;
• Maintain waste traceability documentation.

MODULE 4 : ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

• Raise staff awareness of environmental protection;
• Raise staff awareness of normative and regulatory requirements;
• Raise staff awareness of the benefits of an environmental management system;
• Contribute to the preservation and improvement of the environment.

MODULE 5 : CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

• Understand the challenges of social and environmental responsibility;
• Know the normative framework and references for building CSR reporting;
• Use a framework to develop a system of indicators;
• Coordinate the implementation of reporting.

MODULE 6 : ECOPORTS PORT ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SYSTEM (PERS)

• Case study: Tanger Med;
• Axis 1 : Self Diagnosis Method (SDM);
• Axis 2 : Review of the Port Environmental System (Port Environmental Review System – PERS);
• Axis 3 : Reporting and certification;
• Coordinate the implementation of reporting.
