To provide project management assistance, technical studies, and construction supervision for the development of 5 025 m² of covered administrative building (R+3) and 500 meters of circulation walkways for the new Import SAS at the Tanger Med port (customs).

Components :

  • Building Structure: Steel framework using PRS profiles, coated with high-performance anti-corrosion C5 paint and intumescent SF 1H paint on V and L-shaped reinforced concrete supports, along with collaborative floors using steel decking and a flat metal roof.
  • Entrance Canopy: Three-dimensional structure made of thermally painted galvanized steel with an aluminum seam roof.
  • Circulation Walkways: Galvanized metal structures with high-performance C5 paint, including support devices and guardrails with aluminum standing seam coverings and tensioned fabric facades.
  • Double-Skin Facades:
    • First Skin: Double-glazed curtain wall (Stadip) and rigid cassette-type aluminum composite cladding.
    • Second Skin: Pinched exterior glazing (VEP).
