Conducting a capacity study to optimize the master plan for the container terminal;
Defining the handling equipment required for operations;
Considering deep foundation structures: piled quay and combiwall quay for STS Post-Panamax cranes and 300 m LOA vessels, given the poor geotechnical conditions and sedimentation risks;
Detailed design of berthing structures (dolphins) and quay equipment (fenders, bollards).
