To provide project management assistance, technical studies, and construction oversight for the administrative building of the SIGIT plant, covering an area of 8 000 m².

Components :

  • Structure: Steel frame for the factory and reinforced concrete for the administration building.
  • Roofing: Rock wool insulation with sandwich panels (EP 50mm A2s1d0, M0).
  • Cladding: 50 mm rock wool (M0) and industrial flooring finished with epoxy resin.
  • Joinery: Wood/metal/aluminum curtain wall systems.
  • Doors: Sectional doors, loading docks, high-speed doors, fire doors, and emergency exits.
  • Partitions: Internal/external masonry partitions, BA13 and BA18.
  • Ceilings: Smooth BA13, hydrophilic BA13, and modular ceilings.
  • Transformer Station: Transformers with a capacity of 2×1600 KVA.
  • Safety Systems: Fire detection, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.
  • Fire Safety Equipment: Mobile extinguishers, fire hydrant network, smoke extraction, ventilation/air conditioning, and extraction systems.
  • External Works: Exterior landscaping, pavement, circulation roads with asphalt, retaining walls, metal fencing, paving, curbs, and external/internal drainage systems.
