• Structure: Galvanized steel framework for the factory and reinforced concrete for administrative areas.
• Roofing: Rock wool sandwich panels (EP 50mm A2s1d0, M0).
• Cladding: 50 mm rock wool (M0) with industrial epoxy finish flooring.
• Joinery: Wood/metal/aluminum (curtain wall, cement fiber panel cladding).
• Doors: Sectional doors, leveler docks, high-speed doors, fire doors, and emergency exits.
• Partitions: Internal/external masonry, BA13, and BA18.
• Ceiling: Smooth BA13, hydrophobic BA13, and modular ceilings.
• Fire Protection: Sprinkler system with two diesel pumps and one electric jockey pump.
• Transformers: Power capacity of 2×1600 KVA.
• Security Systems: Fire detection, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.
• Fire Safety: Mobile extinguishers, fire network, smoke extraction, ventilation/air conditioning, and ventilation/extraction systems
• Utilities: Compressed air and chilled water.
