Challenges :

This project aims to develop an industrial and logistics park in the Tétouan region to complement the offering of the Tanger Med industrial platform. Tétouan Park is being developed on a land area of 150 hectares, dedicated to SMEs, VSEs, and any company in the sectors of light and manufacturing industries, trade, and logistics targeting the northern regional market of Morocco.

Technical Studies for the Project Lots:

  • Earthworks, retaining structures, and roadway construction
  • Wastewater and stormwater drainage
  • AEP-FIRE water network
  • Design and sizing of a potable water reservoir with a capacity of 1500 m³
  • Medium and low voltage electrical and telecommunications networks
  • Irrigation and landscaping networks
  • Wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 650 m³/day
