Challenges :

In the context of enhancing the attractiveness of the Port of Kribi from 2019 to 2029, to boost activity and traffic, the Autonomous Port of Kribi (PAK) aims to develop and enable the industrial-port zone to attract leading logistics and industrial service providers.

Missions :

Provide PAK with the strategic and financial assistance necessary for the development of the master plan for the sustainable development of the industrial-port complex of Kribi, including:

  • Analysis of the institutional, legal, and financial framework of the project
  • Social and urban inclusion of existing infrastructure and equipment, as well as stakeholders
  • Proposals for development scenarios
  • Development of the preferred scenario and establishment of a three-year investment plan
  • Financial analysis
  • Capacity building
